Residential Inspections

Home inspections are non-invasive, visual-only inspections. We pay close attention to leaving the property the same way as how we found it. Taking an unbiased approach to calling out minor and major defects, will help keep you and your home safe. Having an understanding of the property's current condition and repair needs is a vital component of buying a home.

Starting at $350

Pre-Listing Inspections

Uncovering issues BEFORE listing a home, can prevent surprises down the road that might otherwise compromise a sale. Similar to a normal inspection, this focuses on big-ticket items such as roof condition, HVAC, electrical, moisture intrusion, foundation, and structure. A full disclosure of the home’s problem areas can help make your listing more competitive.

Starting at $200

New Build Inspections

When we buy a brand-new house, we tend to assume everything is perfect. Not so fast... Even new construction needs an objective set of eyes to ensure all the systems throughout your home are properly built. Builders have a lot to keep track of and often miss crucial pieces, which is key to catching issues before they become a much bigger problem.

Starting at $350

Drone Inspections

Drones can be used to inspect roofs, get a close-up view of the upper exterior of homes, and get an aerial view of the entire property, including foliage, drainage, and fencing. This allows the inspector to remain safely on the ground and take high-resolution imagery when the conditions are less than favorable.

Included with Inspections above

Radon Testing

Radon is a radioactive, colorless, odorless, and extremely carcinogenic (cancer-causing) gas. It's produced when uranium breaks down in soil and water, and it seeps into homes through cracks in the foundation. It affects homes all over the U.S. so it's become a very important addition to the home inspection process.

Sewer Scope

During a sewer scope inspection, a certified professional uses a long flexible cable with an attached camera to examine the property's sewer lines. The inspector looks for visible cracks, damages, clogs, structural damage, or health risks. Video and photos are recorded for later review and included in your report.
